Dear Mother

Since writing the other letter two pages I have received a registered letter with ten dollars so far I have only received one parcel. The first one you sent but as you addressed [?] [?] I expect they are delayed there So in future put same address on parcels as on letters. Address them to France, if you do not they will be delayed in England you may send me about 6 dollard the first of every month after this.

Well it seems funny that there was 3 weeks between my letters a I write every week, but I expect the letters are delayed somewhere for a few days.

We are looking forward to a spread on New Years so [?] you will have a Happy one. I will close.
