Queenstown Thursday March 4th

We arrived here safe and the Missanabie a little later. The Vaterland and Essex arrived about four hours later O.K. We were all ready to disembark when we received orders to stay on the ship. This is not our destination so I suppose that we just ran in here for shelter. We are lined up here by the wharf all the three ships. The Essex has gone into the naval yard. Everybody in town is on the wharf and the boys are going crazy. Nobody is allowed on shore.
