Dear Jack & Kate.

Your letter of May 5th arrived yesterday (June 6th), I am not answering that yet, as it is such a budget I have not been able to digest it all. One thing we are very glad to see, that Kate is getting on & feeling much better, & that you Jack & Arthur are well. Edie & I are very well at time of writing, & still hoping and praying that we will soon have news of our boy. I am enclosing two letters we received from him this week, one as you will see written on April 26th the first to arrive & the other on March 6th which we got two days later. As Jack says it sure takes a long time for mail to get across. These two are the only news we have had from him since receiving his cable with his address. I have also enclosed a letter I received from the Canadian Red Cross, I also wrote to the R.C.A.F H.Q the same time, but up to date have had no reply. I wrote to Kit and W Walkins when I received your letter cable, I told them as soon as I heard any more news I would let them know at once. Excuse short letter this time, will answer your letter in a week or so, have not much time now as I am still busy in the garden when I have any time to spare.

Edie joins me in best love to you all, & a very earnest hope that before long we shall receive some good news.

Your loving brother
Harry.
