Dearest Dad Mother Bro & Sis's.,

Well today being good old Sunday I thought I'd drop you a line, just come back from church and had a cup of tea and nothing to do right now. Gee the weather today is real good. It's just lovely out so this afternoon I'll be laying out in the sun to get a tan as they say browned off. Well I haven't heard any more of the application I put in I guess I'll be on pins and needles till I do hear about it.

Gosh I find it ever so hard to write a letter there's nothing to do so say. I do hope everybody is well at home and not doing too much. I hope that you are feeling much better Dad. Mother how are you? Not doing too much I hope. Hello Lorraine, Emilda how's the girls behaving fairly well I hope. Hello there Geo. How's tricks? Helping Dad I hope. Hello there Duke are you being a good boy? Ha! Ha!.

Well must go now say hello to everybody for me and May God bless you all.

Your son and bro who loves you dearly, Louis
