My darling daughter

I was delighted to get your letter and I think you are a very clever little girl for being able to write such a nice letter.

I dont like Bramshot as well as Hythe of course I miss you all, but I hope to have you all near me before very long. I am going over to France in a day or two but only for about a week & I hope to be able to see you all when I get back. Now I hope you will be able to read this letter but if not I guess Frank will help you. Fondest love to Eric & Frank also yourself.

Your loving Dada,
