My dear Gwladys

In your mother's last letter she tells me that Eric was very sore when you got a letter from me, that he did not get one, so I wrote him a letter today, & as I was answering Frank's letter, I thought I had better also write you a letter, otherwise a certain little girl whose name is Gwladys would also feel she was being neglected.

Well dear I hope you are getting along well at school & also making good progress with your music, how do you like your Music teacher?

I suppose now that Frank has joined the Cadets, the next thing we know will be that you'll be joining the Girl Guides, although I guess that you are too young yet. Well dear, I hope you like Wales & that it wont be very long before I see you all again.

Fondest love to Mother, Frank, Eric & yourself.

Your loving Dad
