Fine & very warm. Was relieved of the Transport. Have had nothing to do re. special reconissence but have been made A.W.C. Well I guess there is nothing for it but to get out. It is quite plain to me that the General does not intend to give me a chance. I hope I am wrong but I am afraid I am right.

Dear old Trudy was right. I was and am a dam fool to come over here as a Sniper.
