Diary

Wake up at 5 A.M. by Adj. with movement orders. Got out and hurried our men to move. Fritz Planes called over and dropped three bombs. One killed band of horses near us. Next got five of our boys, one Dr. Dundee of C Coy and four Ptes all wounded. Bn moved out about 8 o'clock. Entrained and went a few miles back to RED ROSE camp again. Arrived at Red Rose about 10 A.M. and I had to lie down and take off my shoes. Feet too sore to walk or stand on. All men tired so rested all day.
