May 7: got pass just before dinner. Went right to Liphook and caught train to London, arriving about 2 pm. After some hunting around, found the Maple Leaf Club, Grosvenor Gardens, and booked up for the night. Went to Prince of Wales Theatre and saw "Fair and Warmer".
