Dear Madam, 

I enclose a passport application form herewith which should be filled in and returned to W. W. Griffith, Esq., Private Secretary to the High Commissioner for Canada, 19 Victoria Street, S.W. (1). 

With the passport application you should send two unmounted photographs, one of which should be signed by the gentleman who is acting as your guarantor (see paragagraph H on the passport). 

You should further send a fee of 5/- with the application. 

Mr. Griffiths also asks tht you will communicate with the Assistant Superintendent of Emigration, 11 Charing Cross, S.W. (1), who will furnish you with all information relative to you passage requirements. 

Mr. Morgan, St John's Gate, Clerkenwell, E.C. (1) will make arragnements for defraying the cost of your passage.
