En route: New Brunswick

Just left Moncton, N.B., had a stop of about half an hour and had a fair look at the city. The weather here is much milder and a light snow is falling. The scenery is nothing to write home about, but is probably very different in summer. I mailed another card from here and have one left. I find it a little hard to kill the time but the train trip is nearly over and we should reach Halifax this afternoon. At present, we are rolling through heavily wooded country; the firs are very pretty loaded down with snow. Well, the train is rolling at about 60 and writing is difficult, so will close for now.
