Psi Delta Psi, Toronto.
May 16th, 1916.

Dear Mrs. Platt:

May I attempt to convey to you and yours the heartfelt sympathy of the members of the Psi Delta Psi Fraternity in the loss of your son Errol. As a brother member with Errol of the fraternity I can without hesitation say that he was one of the best loved and respected of all our members. His kind and cheerful nature endeared him to all of us, and we shall miss him sorely.

One consolation, if any can be offered, is that the manner in which he met his death was the most glorious of all. He died as he lived, a gallant, upright, clean young Canadian, and what more could one say.

His brother members all join with me in expressing to you and your family their deepest grief at this inestimable loss.

Yours sincerely,
Cecil 0. Young.
Secretary.
