Dear Sir or Madam:

Re: F/O W.I. Mouat, J17084

Your next personal parcel to the above-named prisoner of war is now due.

Accordingly, you will find enclosed the necessary forms for the dispatch of your parcel and the special purchase permits for tea, sugar and coffee. These permits will allow you to obtain, for the parcel only, 2 lbs. sugar, 1 lb. coffee and 4 ounces of tea. If, for any reason, you do not enclose these in the parcel, kindly return the permits to this office. When the parcel has been mailed, please return the receipt card immediately.

Re: Articles of clothing

May we suggest that when forwarding clothing it would be in the best interests of the prisoner to carefully consider the type of articles that would be most useful for him, bearing in mind the season of the year in which the parcel is likely to reach its destination.

Should you desire official information at any time, please communicate with this office, quoting without fail the name, address and number of the prisoner concerned.

Yours faithfully,
(signed)
