Up at 9 o'clock. Rode over to 5th Transport lines. Returned for lunch. Got orders to return to Bn in afternoon. Walked back to Rear H.Q. for tea. Read and talked until 10 P.M. Went to bed but did not sleep until near morning. Terrific bombardment on this front. All large guns working all night.
