Dear Sister

I recieved your very welcome letter last night and was glad to hear from you. The weather is fine hear, a little fogey to day but it cleared up about noon.

You say that Mr. Hopkins told you that you would have to put five cents in stamp on a letter to France well for all he knows about it he wold do better swinging a pick than running a post office you put three cents on your letters and they will get hear all right I have recieved all your letters so far with three cents on them I have not recieved Lydias parcil as yet I got a letter from Kathie Cork last night Albert Lawrence is hear but Georg Anssel is still in England as far as I kno Well I must close for to night you don't hear from me very often but I will try to wright as often as I can.
