Regina Nov. 9 4.30 pm Dear Irish, Just leaving Regina, big crowd at station, some town, but very cold, everybody dressed in fur coats. Had a march at Moosejaw, miles and miles of prime country yet to go through. Will reach Winnipeg in morning. Having a good time & well. Will write in morning. Nov. 10/15 Just left Winnipeg 7.30 a.m. Dear Kit, Still going across the prairie, soon be in dear old Ontario. Had ½ an hour in Winnipeg. Snow & cold. Everybody happy & having jake time. I think we are bound for Halifax. Will write letter at next chance. Cheer up & write to my address in London soon. Hope you are O K Just had [?] ate too much. Heron Lake Ont. Nov 11/15 9.45 a.m. Dear Kit, Still flying across Ontario around Lake Superior, great scenery. Had march at Ft. Williams last night 10 p.m. Saw Australian cadets at Prt. Arthur Ont. last night. Only a couple of hundred miles from Toronto now. Will be in Ottawa Friday for a big parade. Will write a big letter 1st chance & tell you all. Bill is here & enjoying himself. London Dec. 27/ Dear Kit, just going to bed, feel tired after long journey & I have been walking about London all this p.m. Trafalgar Square, just looked like this to-day. I was also in Piccadilly, my Irish Molly oh! The Royal family were dining out to-day so I didn't stop for my pink tea. I am sending a little box to you, just a little Xmas present from Dear Ould [?]. Camp, Good Friday, April 21/16 Dear Mother, just a line. We are going down to Portmouth for the weekend and I won't write until Monday or Tuesday. This is a lovely day, we had church this a.m. We are going down to Haslemers this p.m. to get a square meal and some Hot Cross Buns. Another draft left for France yesterday from our battalion. I'll write Sunday. We got caught in a big rain storm yesterday and got soak to the skin. The Aunts in Ireland are O.K. Well so long Norm

This is a swell city, lots of chicken on the beach, saw some jake sight yesterday. Bill & Jack are fine. Will take a dive for you to-day, some good feeds here. Heaps of love, So long Norm
