No 424447 F Coy 32nd Res Battn Risboro Barrks Shorncliffe 5/12/15 Dear Sister I received your box and letter this week thanks very much for the same. We had quite a lot of rain last week, but today it is nice and mild but it looks as though it might rain before night. We supposed to go to the ranges to morrow to go through our shooting we will be about two weeks at it if the weather keeps fairly good which I hope it will as we have about five miles to walk to the range every day, there is not much news around here it is the same old thing all the time, I had a letter from home this week too they are all well there hope this finds you all well as it leaves me fine. I think we will have our Christmas in Shorncliffe camp but I don't know where we will spend our New Year, but I hope I won't spend them both in the same place, last New Year I spent it all by my self. I wonder where I will spend this one well I think that is about all this time. I remain Your loving brother A McCheyne
