Visit of H.R.H., the Prince
Of Wales, to London, Ontario.

In connection with the presentation of decorations and medals by H.R.H., the Prince of Wales, on THURSDAY, October 23rd, 1919, please note the following instructions:-

The ceremony of presentation will commence promptly at 2 o'clock p.m. and in order that no misunderstanding may arise, you are requested to report on the day of the ceremony to Capt. A. W. Kelly, District Record Officer, Military District No. 1, Woseley Barracks, London, Ontario, in person or by telephone (5100, No.17) between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 11 o'clock a.m. Further and fuller instructions will then be given as to the time and place at which you will be required to present yourself.

The order of dress in the case of military recipients will be service uniform wherever possible, but if uniform is not available, civilian clothing will be worn. All other recipients will wear civilian clothes.

Transportation only will be provided and warrant to London and return is forwarded herewith.

Please acknowledge receipt of these instructions by return.
