Wednesday A.M.

Dear Betty,

Sorry your are not well but hope you are better ere this reaches you, don't take any chances- I received enclosed from Winnie & Billy on Monday A.M.

I haven't heard anything yet, but fancy I shall not be long may-be early next week. I saw the specialist on Monday A.M. but they don't tell you anything. Am feeling fine now but don't sleep very well - one of my failings & not very good on my fins, yet which I expect will take some time.

Shall be glad to get sitting under the old Pear tree again which will not be long I hope.
Glad Shirley is doing so well but will be very pleased to get home again though they are splendid here etc.

Love to both of you

Dad
