Weather conditions unsuitable fore flying a great number of A/C were forced to turn back. But not Sgt Burns and crew.
Flak heavy and very well predickted crossing the coast going in.
On reaching the target we observed a large cu-nin cloud reaching to 30000 ft. lightening was terrific and at its worst when we were in the target area. We bombed and obtained a Photo
Non of us wish to have another trip like it.
