Dear Bi.

Just rejoined the old Battalion and find I was not only recommended for the MC but also for a foreign decoration but have heard nothing of it so far so I guess it is not coming but it is something to know I was picked out for it. Let the others have my address I have just been told I can go to England for a few day’s leave next week. I had Alva with me for a day a week ago Sunday he is looking fine. Wilber is still in England also Percy but all are well.

Well I have been travelling for 4 days and am going on parade in the morning so must get to bed. Best of love and best wishes to all. (We are behind in rest now).
