#01-inside: Postcard opens to reveal message “Sunday 8-PM. Dear Wanda, Well we’re nearly there. In an hour or so it will be all over. The trip will I mean. Pardon the writing, the train wiggles. We just got up from our last meal Consomme Anglaise, grilled sirloin steak, peach sundae etc. They sure feed us well on this train. You must arrange to make this trip sometime. Make it this time of year too. Its really wonderful. Zora met me at North Bay and we sat up talking all the way to Montreal where we stopped over ten hours. While the boys were out doing the smoky spots Zora and I hired a cab and really saw the town. I will tell you about it some time. Les.
