At last I received the parcel with the Candies you bought for me, for which I thank you very much.
I liked your nice letter and was glad you and Alfie had such a good time with R[?] at Eatons.
How did you like the gun I sent you I hope you will have some fun with it. I hope you will not have to go to school again until it is warmer.
