Dear Jessie:

Just a few lines today there is not much news to tell you but that I am well and having a pretty good time. not working very hard. I just had a letter from Sadie and one from John which were written the 23 of Oct. not very long coming if you say it quick. I have not heard from you for about three weeks I think its about time I was getting a letter what do you say. Munroe L. came to us the other day and [?] Cas Day. it looks good to see the old Musq. boys but I would rather see them in Canada if this war was over. Where is Alf Gueld now. I heard he left Bob Suppose he has not enlisted yet. I wonder how Don L likes the flying Corp. Suppose he has not started yet. Stan is just the same and Cas is just as rough as ever Well Jess when I get your letter I will write again. I must write to John and Sadie will shut down for this time.

Lots of Love to All
Hope this finds you all well
Aff Bro Don
